Welcome to Meliora, a space for gamers to connect, share and discuss. These terms describe the rules that apply when you access and use meliora.art.
1. Scope
These terms apply to access to the website and use of Meliora’s community features. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before creating an account or publishing content. If you disagree with these terms, you may stop using the service.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and activity on your account. When signing in with Google, protect your Google account and devices, do not share your sign-in session, and do not use another person’s account without permission. Contact Meliora if you notice unauthorized access.
3. Community rules
Be respectful and considerate. Do not publish unlawful content, harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that violates privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not distribute malware, spam or scams, impersonate others, collect user data without authorization, or interfere with the system.
4. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to the content you create and are responsible for having permission to share it. By posting content, you allow Meliora to store, process, display and distribute it to operate platform features. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Meliora. Do not copy or use another person’s assets without the appropriate rights.
5. Moderation and violations
Meliora may review, restrict or remove content, limit features or suspend accounts when violations or risks to the community or system are identified. If you believe your content or account was moderated in error, send details and a request for review to the email address below.
6. Game information and third parties
Posts, reviews, guides and offers may be provided by members or third parties and may change. Verify important information with the publisher or provider before making decisions. External links, Google sign-in and third-party embedded content are also subject to their providers’ own terms and policies.
7. Availability and responsibility
Meliora may maintain, change or temporarily suspend features; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all content is accurate. Use your judgment when relying on community content. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude user rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Leaving the service and account data
You may stop using the service at any time, edit your profile and manage your content through available features. For help closing your account or handling your data, email us using the address below. The Privacy Policy further describes data processing and retention.

Meliora may update these terms as the service or its operation changes. The current version and update date appear on this page; important changes will be announced on the platform. Review the updated terms before continuing to use the affected features.
